Trainees will undergo structured training lasting from 6 months to 3
years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and
knowledge required for their roles. The program includes
classroom-based learning, practical workshop exposure, and
on-the-job experience across EGA's operational areas, supporting
long-term career development.
Criteria
Male and Female UAE Nationals holding a UAE passport
High School Certificate
Good English communication skills
Completed National Service (if applicable)
Aged between19-32
