PACT Employment Services is actively seeking dynamic and driven POS Sales

Executive for immediate openings within a leading Payment Service Provider in the UAE

This is a fantastic chance to leverage your experience in a fast-growing, high-impact industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prospecting and identifying new client opportunities within the target merchant base.

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential POS merchants.

• Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our payment services.

• Achieving defined sales targets and contributing to departmental growth.

• Collaborating with internal teams (eg, Sales, Support, Product) to ensure dient needs are met.

• Acting as a key point of contact for assigned merchant clients, providing support and resolving issues.

TED FROM

• 1-2 years of proven relevant Sales experience within the UAE Banking sector

(strong preference for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Card Acquiring/Debit/ Credit Cards).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of payment systems, POS terminals, and merchant acquiring processes is a significant advantage.

Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.

A valid UAE Driving License required

Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi and across the Northern Emirates,

including Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain, will be preferred.
