6 - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

7 - Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the event planning process.

8 - Manage budgets and financial plans for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
