Required Qualifications:

• Diploma Degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience

• Proficiency in English & Arabic languages.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal requests such as documentation, approvals and follow-ups

Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and digital).

• Handle department-related correspondence and communication professionally.

• Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations as needed.

• Schedule internal meetings and coordinate appointments or bookings.

• Monitor and track supply requests and ensure availability of required materials.

• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors, if required.

• Provide needed support during meetings, training, or events.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
