Newrest Wacasco (Oman) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for
Facilities Management Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and
implementing growth strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily facilities management
operations to ensure company profitability. Hard and soft maintenance services are at the heart of this
expertise, while complying with Group standards and expected quality.
SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE:
(1) To guarantee to reach the objectives on the market segment responsible for developing the assets
of the company through the signature of new contracts that are not only the results of opportunities,
but also the results of a systematic approach.
(2) In charge of management and the supervision of our facilities management segment as well as of
the standardization and of the deployment of the company FM processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the knowledge, the analysis and the synthesis
of the market segment are accurate. Identifies the
areas of lack of knowledge of the market, and with
lucidity, take actions to fill these areas
• Responsible for the elaboration of the Development Strategy on this segment. Focuses on acquiring new
clients and growing the business through strategic planning and execution
• Identifying new market opportunities, developing and
implementing business development strategies,
building and maintaining client relationships, and
managing the integrated sales process
• Ensure the implementation of MSOP and the response to Invitation to Tenders
Dealing with clients, managing, and monitoring of
Facility management project(s)
In regards of the marketing tools required for
successful sales conclusion, he/she recommends
and/or coordinates with the group resources for offer
deployment and local market adjustments
• Ensure self-awareness of company QHSE policies &
procedures and follow them
PROFILE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in Facilities Management and Business
Development. Knowledge of the catering sector is a plus
• Minimum 5 years in FM within an international group
Project management and good organizational skills
Computer literate (word, excel, power point, outlook)
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written, read & spoken)
• Manage diverse groups of people and nationalities
Contract Duration: Permanent contract (Full Time)
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Location: Muscat - Sultanate of Oman
Salary: Depending on experience and profile
