Post: Customer Service Coordinator.

Work Experience: 3 years in relevant field.

Location: Fujairah

Description:

 We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to fill the above position.

The scope of work would be as below:

• Handle all types of customers' enquiries, follow up and complaints.

• Managing customer database and contracts.

• Prepare sales reports/quotations/contract / tenders etc.

• Handling invoicing matters.

• Assist sales manager with customer related admin tasks, including outstanding payments.

• Handle sample clearance with Govt. authorities, agents etc.

• Handle supply chain management.

• Support marketing and arranging seminars, meetings etc.

• Arrange flight/hotel arrangements.

The position requires that the candidates should be:

> Quality conscious, good in communications skills and a team player.

> Able to multitask and assume responsibility for coordinating a variety of activities.

> Proficient in MS Office Suite, familiarity with CRM systems or customer database management tools.
